Should I try to port out to get better offer? To be honest, I think Maxis coverage and network (call/internet) is the most stable in Malaysia, but price is the most expensive too.

At a period, I really consider to port to Celcom but consider their customer service quality really bad when I call to find out more.

How you determine as an Elite member to eligible to these package?
- Hotlink since 1997.
- Postpaid since 2001, 15yrs+.
- MOC member.
- MOP158 x1 main + MOP128 x1 main+ TM28 x1 main + SM30 x1 supp + Zerolution only RM93 x1 (Average monthly bill RM550-650).
- Never late payment in 15yr+, only 1-2 times late for few days coz changing credit card.

I really pissed off when I heard Maxis giving special package to others without a standard criteria(s). So should I try to ask them in advance/politely like what other forumer did? If I really fck them, I will make sure I will never return to them anymore. Please advise or give case studies. Thank you.

Need pretend no siok lo. They shouldn't be doing this at all. Just one plan for all.
So when you did that, before even start porting out by just saying wanted to port out over the phone call, they asap offer u the new plan?
Or while in process of porting out only offer u that? Please advise.

Once I really start porting out, I will not look back even they offer me. As I felt all these while I'm been cheated. Some more I also need cancel 1x zerolution which left 18 mth before porting out, if I accept their offer, my bill will look messy.

Most stupid offer I heard from maxis.

Currently:
MOP 158 X1
MOP 128 X1
TM28 X1
SM 30 X1

They offered:
MOP 188 FROM MOP 158, 15GB SHAREABLE DATA
MOP 158 FROM MOP 128, 10GB SHAREABLE DATA
TM28 RETAIN
SM30 RETAIN

The 1st line monthly I hardly used 2GB. What's the point upgrade? Did they check my usage before offering.. Omg.

The 2nd line 3GB just nice a month.

They really want squeeze max profit per cust... Yes/no upgrade the best.. Sienz.

They say cancel zerolution need do it at centre can't over phone. I tell them nicely in 3 days no better offer I'll waste time go centre do. By then no matter what offer, I'll not stay.

I on MOP158 5gb/mth, i averagely used 2.5 to 3.5gb per mth and they counter offer me MOP188 + 15gb. What's the point? I paying extra RM30 for something I cannot use...

I gave maxis 2 chances by calling and even walked in. I said, no matter what, bye means bye. I just waiting for my next bill cycle so I can walk in to cancel it.

Omg.. Maxis, u want offer, pls give valid ones. Making me more angry only.

WHY? Coz I barely use more than 3gb a month. And u want me to pay more for something I never use it? Joking right.

Initially was on MOP158, 7GB. See this thread call 123 ask nicely
- offered +RM30/mth with 15GB.
= fly kite.

Since 1st rep blur blur, 1 hour later decided to call again.
- offered +RM30/mth with 15GB + rebate RM10 x6 months.
= fly big kite. As if I care rm10 cheaper since I dun mind pay u 50% more expensive.
(Screw them badly u give me same price rm158 for 99gb also no point, coz I dun use it)

Received sms ask visit maxis centre without stating much what promo. FINE, weekend shopping at mid valley walk in since gardens nearby.
- offered +RM30/mth with 15GB + OneShare worth RM48/mth foc for 3 months + 1GB x6 months.
= fly big kite far far farrrrrr. Top up top up saja. Pay for what? Pay for something I never used?

Immediately pissed off 3rd time like this. Give me a ticket number, why sir? Because I want to cancel my Zerolution and prepare to port out.

A day later, received a call from 123(cust serv), SAME!!! SPECIAL OFFER FOR ME WHEN I NOT EVEN WANT TO HEARD IT!!!
- offered +RM30/mth with 15GB + basically all the above.
= this time I'm freaking calm. I just say thank you & bye.

+30 +30 +30 +30... Maxis really so poor? U want offer pls check your customer usage history prior it. Not testing the limit. Before it I still try give myself excuse you have better network & customer service. NOW? U GUESS?

WHENEVER I SEE THE "MY MAXIS" ON MY PHONE, IT ASAP RECALL ME THAT MAXIS IS CHALLENGING MY INTELLIGENCE & PATIENCE. Despite using more than 15years, moc member, and monthly pay u RM500+... I seriously tell them to fly kite to artic region.
