This! I've been overcharged by Maxis for several times, every time also need clarify with them on Maxis Center, only then they say "oh, it was a mistake"...
blardy hell think we really have a lot of time, every few months also need to come to Maxis Center to clarify their invalid charges

I don't think there is a auto renewal policy written on the contract.
I was subscribed to their 2gb data plan + phone calls back in the days, didn't really upgrade to their further plans because I have 2 lines (my main data plan is Digi).
I believe they are using "scare tactics" to avoid customer for being ported out to other teleco. If they really have the proof of "auto renewal" I don't think they will let me go that easily without any penalty.
