Aaahhh...just ported out from Maxis for HALF the price and DOUBLE the Internet data + unlimited calls. Been using Maxis for 20+ years. Finally made a bold decision to stop becoming Maxis "WATER FISH". rclxs0.gif

if i were to sign a new postpaid number under maxis, would it take 6 months for me to be able to sign a phone plan?

You sign up with Maxis and sign up with a new device offer after 3 months.

Has anyone that sign their devices from maxis under the zerolution package unable to use smart sync to transfer due to maxis’s stupid locking method on the device ? Just signed a note 20 ultra package and both the note 20 ultra cannot use the smart sync function due to an error showing security restricted.

Called maxiss and they said it’s not the lock that caused it.

Asked a friend that worked at Samsung store saying it’s definitely maxis lock causing it.

Any insight on this is greatly appreciated!

Maxis speed macam taik? My previous digi capped 10mbps still faster 🤬🤬... Sometime lag also the line.. damn.. tot paying expensive Abit but getting this type of speed. 😤

After the maxis technical support told me to reset mobile network.. so far speed back to normal.

I have a question.

i usually renew my contract every 2 years with taking a phone at RM1.

But now when i see at the Maxis website got upfront payment?

Iszit the same as before or different?

I was informed that terminated account/number from Unifi Mobile will be will be returned to their original service provider.

Is it possible to reserve that number once it is available? How to do so?

Hi, want to ask if i want to switch from digi to maxis and wanna take zerolution, need to wait 3 months? currently on digi postpaid

and the maxis invoice still like below? the postpaid plan and device info at 2nd page?

I am new maxis user since March 2020, waiting for the zerolution plan due to 3 months maturity policy. But then when I was trying to subscribe for zerolution, they informed me that my account need to wait till March 2021 to be fully matured for zerolution package. Or else I can opt for normal contract which is doh.gif

Asked a few maxis centre/dealer around Subang Jaya and Puchong area and they will check your CTOS score for eligibility. doh.gif

Little did I know that Maxis has already change they zerolution policy without any memo to their customers. You may check Maxis page (esp. iphone 12 zerolution) and look up at the comments. Many maxis customers are disappointed due to this.

nowadays very difficult..be it call or via chat..human agents only available 9am-6pm..

walking in to their centers also..long queue. if ur going..come early in da morning..heard also..operation hours are shortened.

not just slow..connections disappear sometimes.
