After airing my views relentlessly on their FB page since they announced their East Malaysia plans, they have now officially blocked me and removed all my posts.
Another new low from them. |

QUOTE(kianwee @ Mar 29 2016, 06:36 PM) I'm with Maxis since 2000 - owing two primary lines with spending exceeding RM400 per month. Their marketing failure and arrogance managed to pissed me off and there are no benefits at all as their loyal customer for over a decade. Ported to DiGi today. How long was the process? And did you pay any upfront fee?» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « |

ported out to celcom today...my feelings anger>disappointed>happy (made the right decision). the way they treat loyal customer and their marketing plans seriously sucks...
opted to pay penalties of 600 each for both lines... which i will still gain back within half a year. |

Maxis since 99.
But finally gave up on them last month. Now I'm paying half the amount for twice the data. The CS did try to call me the day after I requested to port out. Offered me slightly more data but having to pay more. If only they had more competitive plans. |

QUOTE(goliath @ Mar 29 2016, 10:15 PM) The process took less than 15 minutes to port to DiGi. Porting out will take 1-2 days. Just need to pay one month upfront in cash which will be deducted against your first month bill. Cash in case porting out failed for some reason and they will refund you the deposit in cash. Good luck. |

Should I try to port out to get better offer? To be honest, I think Maxis coverage and network (call/internet) is the most stable in Malaysia, but price is the most expensive too.
At a period, I really consider to port to Celcom but consider their customer service quality really bad when I call to find out more. How you determine as an Elite member to eligible to these package? - Hotlink since 1997. - Postpaid since 2001, 15yrs+. - MOC member. - MOP158 x1 main + MOP128 x1 main+ TM28 x1 main + SM30 x1 supp + Zerolution only RM93 x1 (Average monthly bill RM550-650). - Never late payment in 15yr+, only 1-2 times late for few days coz changing credit card. I really pissed off when I heard Maxis giving special package to others without a standard criteria(s). So should I try to ask them in advance/politely like what other forumer did? If I really fck them, I will make sure I will never return to them anymore. Please advise or give case studies. Thank you. This post has been edited by ctandk: Mar 30 2016, 05:22 AM |

QUOTE(lala_cai @ Mar 29 2016, 10:22 PM) Ya, they can't handle the truth. Now they are acting like our government, first offer special plans to East Malaysia, then pick and choose selected people for special benefits, and silence their critics. Shameful behavior. |
