With Maxis since 2002, getting nothing but paying more. Used to pay bill of nearly RM300/month (3 number in 1 accounbt) can't remember for how many years paying this amount.
Lately there's a zerolution launched. dunno want to be happy or sad. I am not entitle for this. Sad because I am so long customer. Happy is I have no contract with them. Since after finish my Samsung Note 2 contract i swear not to have any contract with them.

Now change all my plan to the minimal.
Main line MOP 98
another 2 line surfmore 30

Now every month not acceding RM200.

Thanks to maxis for not appreciative.

This time your plans really pissed many ppl off. Will find a time to walk in to celcom and never look back again.

Just ported out from Maxis on Sunday.
Been using surfmore 50 or ivalue 50 for pass few years.
Did not receive any call on counter offer at all.

I believe they changed their strategy, no more offering on 68 & 88 package to those who port out.
may keep their new plans for launching in April.

My exact sentiment. Celcom only claim wide coverage but frequent fluctuations between 3G and 4G plus slow speed.

if your place encounter such fluctuation then better keep to Maxis, no point later cursing the line and upset bout it. Wait till 7-April and see what Maxis to offer

Here's my story. I contacted Maxis Customer Service yesterday and requested them to switch to the RM88 7GB/Unlimited Call plan. I gave them a choice - offer me that plan or I port out. They insist that plan is offered to "selected customer" only and I'm not one of them.

So today I walked into DiGi and ported out of Maxis. Less than 3 hours later, a number called me (+60 3 2856 6000). I missed that call. It kept calling every few minutes until I finally answer it. Guess who? "Maxis Loyalty Department". I never heard from them during my 16 years stay with Maxis and 3 hours after I ported out, they called me. biggrin.gif

A very desperate sounding guy told me all about their RM68/RM88 plan now and offer me to change. I told him "sorry bro, I gave you a chance to offer me that plan yesterday but you turned me down, and now that I've ported out, you called me?" He try to explain that this call has nothing to do with the porting out. biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

I insist hard of rejecting their offer and his tone changed immediately and hung up the phone.

Again, Maxis failed big time. Pissed me off and they lose a long serving customer with perfect payment record. Bye Maxis.

Nope u need to take action, than only they call, i try port out last two week but fail, today finally everything settle, than they call .....

Btw i dont think that loyal team is under maxis, they sound rude n backgrounds sound is bad

I think so too. The so called loyal team called me to offer the rm118, it is those personal number and also the background is noisy
