banks also have this customer retention department. if they find out that a current customer wants to refinance with another bank. that customer will get a call n get offered a very good interest rate revision.

i been a Maxis customer for 15 yrs. 7 yrs postpaid. only been late with payment a few times.

Maxis has rewarded me with:

1. free supplementary line which they posted to me once. i didnt use. a few calls saying that i been selected to get free supp line as i am loyal customer,

2. Free 1GB data for a month.

3. other crappy minor stuff

P.S dayum even my house uses Maxis broadband.
