called maxis again about balance to pay and check bill before i port out properly and I found that
my account still have a deposit of MYR 1200 inside.. I totally forgot about this deposit that I paid
many years ago. So I asked Maxis now all your plans don't require deposit anymore and why aren't
you refunding the old deposit to us? Maxis CS say you can only get refund up on your termination
of service with Maxis. I was like WTF now all no deposit but you still holding my money and don't want
to pay me back and say only terminate can refund deposit. FCK!

To all remaining Maxis user.. bare in mind that this thread is not about Telco to Telco price war..

The main reason I point of is because Maxis is offering unfair package to their so called "selected" customer who decided to port out I believe. I don't mind Maxis being more expensive than other but if you are capable to offer better plan to ppl who want to port out and reject your other customer who want the same plan. then sorry. you are so cheap skate and can go to hell..

porting out now is not because other telco is cheaper but pissed by Maxis unfair offer to customer group. not going to stay in such unethical company . Fck Maxis!

hell no.. My friend usage is much lower than mine and the years staying with Maxis also much shorter than me.. the only thing can explain is

now they burnt their own butt because their unfair selection of customer to give that plan is viral and I believe they are receiving massive call questioning on this plan so they have to stop offering to make themselves looks not so retarded anymore.. if they continue offer after things going viral. then they have even bigger trouble. now they all buat bodoh there.

and my friend ngam ngam decide to port out she directly get the offer.. so apa ni.. coincidence? the Maxis CS told me this is really COINCIDENCE>. wtf.. treating your customer like they are idiot?

Porting out now. Fck this maxis. Just now I went to Maxis center and ask about this and they say they do have the 68 plan 5gb unlimited but will only start tmr. But fck my life I had enough of this. Fck Maxis. You screwed me! I'm porting to celcom blue Cube now!

This is what I heard from Sabah maxis center at Suria Sabah mall. They start accepting registration for customer porting from other telco with this 68 5gb unlimited plan. And I asked what is about the 68 maxis plan they say only official tmr. Fml.

Update Again..

Just now went to settle my latest bill with Maxis so I can port out to Celcom and I heard the counter beside me porting in a digi customer and offering the RM68 plan with 5GB + Unlimited calls & sms. So I ask that counter CS what is with this RM68 plan then he say that this is the latest plan that Maxis going to launch tomorrow. Then I don't give shit about what he saying and left after I did my payment.

here is my new Celcom Sim Card! I don't give a shit if they really launch the RM68 plan tomorrow because they treated their customer like idiot and i don't feel like staying with this Maxis anymore.

Here is my latest update with Maxis.. They called and beg like an idiot! and they nonstop say Celcom internet sucks to me. i Dont know on what they can say this to me.. Such a cheap skate telco. And i rejected the cheaper offer from Maxis and the so called loyalty department CS sounds kind of pissed and keep asking me WHY WHY WHY! Mother fcking joker telco.

customers. Then he started everything all over again..

I stop him halfway and say Decision Made. Bye Maxis. Then baru he gave up..

the number i got is from 03 2856 6000 which I Believe is their so called Loyalty Department. LOL!

anyone who want to try their luck can try calling this number and see if they can give you the same offer!
