Thanks a lot. 4mbps user here and I can vouch for this. Kept restarting until I got one of the IP's above. Getting close to the speed I got before the cables went to hell

it seems like 118.100.x has a few to no problem too.

any idea why my streamyx wont get those IP? i keep getting 203 and it slow as fark, connecting to SG CS server also 240ms to 350ms, ridiculous. best i can get was start with 123 and connecting to SG with 60ms.

try to reconnect at another hours.

from what i gather, 300+ ping meant affected ip range, 100+- ping meant not heavyly affected but rerouted playable ip range.

just tried test tokyo server and seoul server, not bad, just high ping

ip is 175.138.xx.xx

Are u on Streamyx 1 Mbps (or lower)? iirc 1 Mbps & lower users assigned static ip.

those are no static ip. if reconnect, both the internal ip and the shared external ip would change, even the ip range would change.

IP range 202.188.x seems to have little to no problem.

175.138.xxx.xxx seems OK so far. Cannot tahan the poor 213.xxx.xxx.xxx anymore.

219.92.XX.XX also proved ok for Tokyo, Los Angeles, London etc

Seems that the reported IP 124.13.x doesn't work for downloading or streaming from any server any other than SEA, Asia, US.

it seem that those ip affected by high ping issue would also face slowdown at facebook and youtube sometime during peak hours.

should i check at the default gateway in router/modem or by googling "what is my ip address" to ensure i got one that matching to those in first post?

What if i keep getting the same Ip address but off and on my morderm and router? What should i do then?

I used to switch ip's to get better connections to stuff like games and youtube but I can't switch ips anymore either. Tried over an hour and still no luck, not sure what changed since I haven't had to do it in a while now but usually I'd get a change at least after the 30th try.

my ip is 60.48.x.x, download & youtube fine,

but dota is gg (200ms and packet loss), same for facebook.


Check again on 11th April with the same IP range,

the ping to DOTA 2 is around 20 ms.

i think this issue was fixed ahead of schedule or re-schedule,

sgp-1.valve.net 103.28.54.x , sgp-2.valve.net 103.10.124.x , 45.121.184.x , 45.121.185.x , all of them now go through starhub,
while 45.121.186.x and 45.121.187.x go through pccwglobal and this 2 probably hosted at japan, have around 100ms latency.

sgp-1.valve.net 103.28.54.x and sgp-2.valve.net 103.10.124.x , was fixed around start of april;
45.121.184.x , 45.121.185.x , are getting reroute to another route when they fixing it at april schedule, costing it getting around 200ms+ latency, but it doesnt happen 100% of times, sometimes you would get low ping around 20ms, sometimes you would get high ping around 200ms;
45.121.186.x and 45.121.187.x was also fixed around start of april.

just played a games at sgp-1.valve.net 103.28.54.x , ping was low at around 20ms, but games feel laggy every few sec, all player not just one.
