I just got my Minix Neo U1 + A2 Lite Air Mouse this morning.
Just want to share my experience in dealing with nicety. I sent him a long list of queries about android boxes (and the problems with my current one) sometime in September last year. He was kind enough to revert with detailed answers which I found extremely helpful. As I was caught up with work, it was only until last week when I decided to get the Minix Neo U1. I made the order on Friday afternoon and got it early this morning. I am thankful that nicety had: (a) answered all my queries; (b) helped with the Kodi add-ons and apps; © been patient with my many questions and requests; and (d)went through the effort to set up the device for me. When i bought my Himedia android box in PJ digital mall a while ago, the person i was dealing with only gave me vague and one liner answers when i asked him questions. He didn't even explain the differences between the different boxes - though he selling many models, from many brands, especially when i did, in the end, got it from him. It wasn't a great experience. In fact, when my device started to have problems (may i was unlucky and got a defective unit) within a month or 2, i didnt feel like going back to the shop to sort it out. So, it is quite a refreshing experience to have dealt with nicety! So, double thumbs up for the great service and speedy delivery of the items!!! Definitely will deal with him again!
