If you look for more audio, video codec, hook up your player to amplifier/AV receiver, pls choose Q10 Pro.

If you know how to operate the box, none of the Android box in the market require rooting. Instead we strongly recommend not to root your device as the hacker out there will be very excite if more people root their devices. I would advise you to read from Minix official forum answered by subject matter expect from Minix.

The Kodi minix edition is developed to base on minix chipset such that the app could optimise the hardware codec. As mentioned in the thread, both minix edition and stick Kodi 16.1 are coexist in Minix box. We have preinstalled both version in U1. If you want you can install Kodi 17 by your self as we do not recommmend to install 17 at this moment until it is stable.
