After update via OTA to v7.2.3.0 finger print sometime not working after idle or notification received.
2nd issue is WhatsApp notification always not push.

How to restore to clean 7.2.3.0?

Fingerprint issue I still can live with it.
WhatsApp notification is really a big issue for me.
I had tried all the suggestion using Google search. Still none of it work. My WhatsApp always no notification after phone idle for a while. Need open the apps then only all the message show up. Ur phone got no issue with push notification for WhatsApp?

The last option I haven't tried is disable ipv6. Some suggested is ipv6 causes the issue. But then to disable on phone need to root.

You mean turn on autostart? Already did that. You guys whatsa pp notification no issue at all?

i see. so ur phone after idling for sometime.. lets say 12am.. then next morning someone whatsapp you at 7am. will it push the message notification? or you still need to open the apps then only the message shows up..

oh ya tried that too ... every redmi note 3 here seem doesnt have the issue at all ..
but finally i found a way that fix it permanently .. thank god it can push on time be it on wifi or 3g.. no issue anymore even after idle for long and using the cleanup.

changed quite a lot of thing... step by step hard to say . btw since yours is ok i think u dont have this problem.
perhaps only mine have push notification problem. finally i think i can receive notification in the middle of the night ady.
used to wake up in the morning open whatsapp and bombarded with message. .

its a good phone that can finally push notification properly..
wasted my weekend just to find a solution to it...
permission auto start, permission off, developer option 4 processes, lock the memory, battery setting off, allow apps to use background data.. all and still the same.. finally can put this issue to rest..
