1. Is the dual SIM both 4G LTE or 4G LTE + 2G

I just checked my friend's redmi note 2, the LTE fixed on SIM 1 and 2G fixed on SIM 2. There is no option to choose either SIM 1 or 2 to have 4G. Can you double confirm on RN3? Maybe is new feature on RN3
