rockford fosgate supposed to sound superior to soundstream smile.gif ....but sound, audio or music is a very subjective thing wink.gif ....to some, high end speakers will sound awkward, to others on the other hand, low end speakers will sound great brows.gif tongue.gif ....

buy wat ur ears and heart says so....brands recommendations are only side guide lines cheers.gif .....

being a noobie in ICE, I bought my MTX6933 in Nov '06 for RM 650. Also had a 340-RMS-watt amp installed to drive the MTX before I know that rear 6x9 speaker upgrades are not doing any good to the sound. Really regret the purchase. (Also bought Earthquake TW-25S tweeter for RM180 - Although a bit bright, no regret on this one.)

After that only I found ICE forums on the internet.

So in Dec, bought el-cheapo-shy-to-quote-brand of front midbass driver for RM150 and a bass tube for RM220 (small car, so cannot put box-type sub).

Was the best RM 370 I ever spent.

there r tons of fake component out there...especially rockford and soundstream
i just bought one rockford monoblock, it cost me boom! but it worty. one amp more then enough to fully boost up my pair of 15" JBL sufwoofer..
i tried before the fake one..open it and look at the IC..eleh..so small only compare to ori one..not even can boost up the 12" single voice coil, not ned to mention 2ohm subwoofer..

How you define RF and SS is SPL?
Have you ever saw RF with SQ setup and warm sound?
