There's a product called GMD Wheel Stain Cleaner on Shopee that I've started using because BreakBuster and other brands are too expensive. It works great, but you have to dilute it more than what it recommends, something like 1:10 because it is overly strong. So it turns out to be cheap and effective. You can use more concentrated form on the brakes and see your brake dust and rust just melts away.
