Always take car industry people's warranty with a pinch of salt.. I would halved their claim of 5 years / 3 years/ 1 year without any doubt. These claims will always be rebuted with how car is maintained, where is parked, where it has driven etc. Set your expectation to 6 months tip top, and maybe 1 year wearing off.
Many of these Detailing shop come and go, will they still be around after 5 years? One of the pioneer of car coating is Shine and Shield at Sunway, they been around before teflon , ceramic tech came around.

I highly recommend new car owners to have their cars polished and coated to maintain the brand new shine. Do it when the car is new, so that you preserve the new car shine before your car gets dirty or paint gets contaminated.

You dont really need a pressure washer. You get better result and easier drying by throwing a pail of water.
On the extreme side of justification, a jet of water with sediments will harm your paint too.. but that's really kiasu and applicable to high value cars.

I use a wall plugged home vacuum with around 1500 watts. most effective.
becareful not to scratch your plastic dash/trims, use some cloth to smoothen the tips.
beat your seat to loosen any dust.

I recommend the PG clay bar. You can get them at Aeon/Jusco. Been sticking to them for many years. Its just a clay bar, dont need spend so much > 80 / 100. Choose the number best suited for your paint color.

How does this work compared to Clay bar?
Shopee has unbranded at less then rm20 and branded SGCB at rm80+, anyone tried them?

Try Meguires. Soft 99 dont last as long.

prolonged stains on white car wont be easily washed. Use a decent car polish should help. Dont bother those cheap one from DIY , tried before didnt work.
you send to petrol station car wash and upgrade to WAX wash rm30 , they will remove. Theirs are some powerful detergent not caring much on paint protection.

but your case, basement parking must be from leaking ceiling or pipe toxic stains

cant see the stains in your photo.

The stains seems to come from just normal everyday grime mixed with rain water. - if this may means water mark caused by rain water, do you see little circle marks when view at an angle or with light refection?

if worry go for a good polish/wax to clean off your paint condition. then observe if it reoccurs.
