QUOTE(TheScrub @ Feb 2 2017, 09:02 AM) Wa...Rm 61 with postage sounds like too good to be true. I get it already , not sure it's fake or not , but it write in english , the other soft 99 product like the Mirror Coating , Compound Z , Glaco i buy is write in japan , so it real or fake? But i compared to my friend soft99 it exactly same , also write in english instructionPerhaps u may try to check on the bottom of wax can, whether it has the "soft99" logo or not, this is what I have heard from others to determine its authenticity. Yup, there is english and japan version, but i compared my with my friend, the wax is exactly same and same smile too [attachmentid=8465178] [attachmentid=8465189] QUOTE(lkoky @ Feb 8 2017, 02:00 PM) Anyone know whether the polisher in this combo good? Right now I just wax with hand power. Actually wax using hand ok okey, but if u doing polishing then use machine better http://www.lazada.com.my/soft-99-fusso-coa...r-18126779.html If u wan very easy wax, i recommend Meguiars Ultimate Liquiq Wax, very damn easy to apply and wipe |

If u wax frequently not really need polishing too often, normally my routine is wax ultimate liquiq wax every 3 month, then maintain with ultimate spray wax every 2 week , just spray and wipe off only (ultimate line really damn easy apply and wipe, save alot time and elbow power, not to mention ultimate wax really tahan).
For polishing i will do it every maybe 2 year to remove swril mark , u know la how careful u wash ur car there will be swirl mark , about polishing u really need find good shop to do it, else it will screw up ur whole car paint Now i gonna try out the fusso soft99 12 month coat, it is a paste wax, not as easy as liquiq wax to apply , very hard to buff off, need elbow power , hope this fusso is good so i no need rewax every 3 month This post has been edited by chongkiatz: Feb 18 2017, 11:43 AM |

QUOTE(hebehow @ Feb 18 2017, 03:39 PM) i have 2nd hand soft99 fusso coat to sell for rm45 if u wan...jz use 1 time..the wax is gud just that i dunhv elbow power to apply it...so now using carnauba wax which not durable but easier to buff off... I just bought my RM63 from lazada , actually u just need to apply it thin , u see youtube video they just apply very very thin layer , if u apply very thick , then ur elbow will go to holand liao haha , this normally happen for first time apply , after u know the technique then u won't find it hard (for sure compared to those liquiq , soft99 is more harder)QUOTE(Zoopdiidoo @ Feb 18 2017, 04:29 PM) Previously i bought two microfibre clothes from tesco egate promo area...rm10(mistaken pricing i guess cos few days later i wnet to purchase was rm16, still cheap though) its the size of a hand towel. Ultra plush and with these two clothes i can wipe my entire car dry...city....without wringing the clothes. those really can water magnet? |

QUOTE(blurcase @ Feb 19 2017, 10:36 AM) I used meguiars waffle weave drying cloth before, 1 cloth lasted 3-4 years, everytime after use wash with washing machine. at the end of its life it still absorbs water well, no streaks, minimal need to squeeze the water out halfway. I usually use 1 cloth to wipe my entire civic, start from all body panels and windshield, then wipe door jambs and engine and boot area, then rims. After finish rims dirty liao so send to washing machine. i actually got 2 meguiars waffle weave , just because i go clean the dirt part so make the cloth can't really absorb water very good (i only know that the cloth is better keep clean , don't wipe dirty , those grease will make ur cloth can't absorb water)However, I have moved to other cloths because meguiars cloth abit expensive. The Meg cloth is really no complain , 1-2 cloth can be dry whole car , with proper wax car , 1 cloth can kao tim QUOTE(slk @ Feb 19 2017, 12:00 PM) my current fav drying cloth : Black Fox Twist Drying Microfiber Towel [3 Size options] i will try to check it out thank you broAffordable MF : Osren Microfiber Towel 30x60 |

QUOTE(kirakun @ Feb 21 2017, 03:23 PM) Will do so if time permits, sending it to the auto detailer is of course 'easier' haha. I believe all kind of wax will incur this kind of 'stain' appearance sooner or later especially on white colored cars. Had been using Meguiar ultimate liquid wax before Fusso coat wax, stain appeared also after every application lol. could this possible because of after raining or kena bird poo and we didn't wipe off and leave it dry by itself? This post has been edited by chongkiatz: Feb 21 2017, 03:49 PM |
