easy maybe can find soft99's Glaco series or even RainX's (or megs/turtle wax) new products

household products, white vinegar, toothpaste, and a low of elbow greasing + claying (clay cloth highly recommended) rinse and repeat steps until they gone.

patience + elbow grease is key thumbsup.gif

If the stain is not that bad, can try soft99 glass refresh. Tried it on a small area, reduced partially on a heavily stained rws but not easily (need some elbow grease). Bought the ceriglass but yet to try.

where can get this elbow grease?
any specific brand recommended?

Thanks.

Lol np, this figure of speech also rarely used these days

Yeah pretty much what I've used for my older cars, new cars from the start already got rain X and water stain never happened.

Add in toothpaste also, as cheap as possible non fancy ones, or heck of you got expired ones even better ("free")

Water repellency products (like rain X) will prevent water from sticking, no water, no water stain.

For me, easily between 1-2 years on side and rear windscreen. Front windscreen no need bother as I also use rain X washer fluid additive mix with Sonax xtreme nano pro for cleaning and forever replenishing rain X effect, so front windscreen is virtually permanently rain X lol

Great sharing!
Last week sent my car for the tinted replacement, boss recommended send car to detailing shop to clean the water stain.
Luckily got the tips here which save my hundred bucks.

PS: Where to get Dodo Juice products in Malaysia? Been seeing this brand on older UK mags and somehow not so popular here vs brands like Autoglym...

Nice video.

Watched it last week and was wondering what's the difference between this and the Osren Clay Towel / CarPro's Polyshave... Asides from the pricing.

Anyhow, after that video suddenly so rajin to clay my wife's and my own ride. Hahaha.

Using clay cloth is really fast but the flip side is can't really feel the 'grabby' sensation that a traditional clay bar gives.

But the end results speak for itself - car is smooth and buttery now before I proceeded to apply the 303 Graphene on them. brows.gif

Polyshave is perforated too.

Hi guys can recommend a good da polisher that's not noisy?

Currently looking at Makita or Meguairs...Makita is real pricey. Google's top recommended was DeWalt. That's alot cheaper.

Any ideas? Preferably dont wanna spend 2.5k on Makita cordless lol

There's Osren, Rupes, ShineMate, SPTA also. Makita isnt exactly known for their DA, and Meguiars DA always had mixed reviews.

I bought a cheap China one...absolute shit to use. Super noisy too. Even during the day it sounds like I'm doing construction at my own home. Btw, what are you using?

Yeah I'm kind leaning towards this too but where did u buy it got discount haha...haven't seen any discounts on the Meguairs DA. Oh btw is it noisy? You think you'd be able to use it at night without waking up the whole neighborhood?

Yeah that's what I was thinking...thanks for the feedback. Thinking of getting a cordless since it would be less noisy. But only worry is long term battery replacement costs and how long the batt would last in a single session.

Aww XD

btw what you use for wheel LSP?

if it's future armor, what's your durability and is the vehicle daily driver/park under sun outdoor etc?

How's your experience with Ferrous dueler? If it's not the best wheel cleaning product in your collection, what you have that's better/more preferable?

Yeah I second this. Been using rain X religiously for my 1 year old car...zero water stains on all windows.

Btw what tire polish u guys use? I've tried Turtle Wax (no longer available), Meguairs and Osren.

Turtle Wax - super shiny but I think the chemicals is super strong coz it leaks through the plastic case. Maybe this is why it was discontinued.

Meguairs - shiny but if it rains, it's all gone. Not water repellant.

Osren - water repellant, lasts long but not shiny.
