but in the video is powder type. mine cream type rm47.40 with gst means i polish on the dry glass without spraying any water is it? yup , i have the polishing disc similar in the video.
this type is just watermark remover? i realized after i polish, there is still scrathes.
Yes. Without water. And no, not meant to remove scratches. Wiper trails can be removed a little, but scratches...glass is tough to remove.
How bad is your scratch?
On the side note, I clay my wipers after every washes, to prevent dirt from marring the glass.
i have ordered MJCC foam lance from alibaba and now pending arrival
my question.. what is the best snow foam product to be used? It must be easily available in the our market (Lazada included).
Currently im using Meg Wash and Wax for my regular wash..
But considering its price and foam high consumption foam cleaning ability, im thinking to use any other suitable snow foam
I know Autobrite Direct Magifoam has a superb review, but i cant get it easily. Have to order from ebay/amazon and all.
And prefer it to be color foam as my car is white
Give Fireball Active Snow Foam a try. It is great for snowfoam application. Another option would be Osren Nano Wash. I heard it has great dilution ratio and so you can give it a try as snowfoam. Pricing wise, Osren should be cheaper!

I used Meguiars Hyper Wash during my old car detailing biz days, it is quite good, just that the dilution level from the instructions not very accurate (too weak). Abit of experimentation required to tune the dilution ratio to your desired requirement, but otherwise very economical solution.

used to but now its expensive. Sonax 618 is more "economical"
currently using Meguiar's ultimate wash & wax, running out soon and looking for replacement. i actually use it together with claybar to remove previous wax. does that work? claying with shampoo with wax ability?
could you guys recommend any shampoo that's also suitable for claybar?

I prefer to use QD (Meguiar's Last Touch or Optimum No Rinse) for claying as I do not need to wash/rinse/dry after claying.
But if you prefer shampoo... better use something which has good lubricity eg gold class/shampoo plus/nxt wash. or maybe kitt shampoo is good enough?

From my understanding, typical wash and wax shampoos arent real wax per se, so claying with such shampoos should be okay. Generally also most car shampoos are compatible for claying purposes also, as it provides a slick surface for the claybar to move. Just important point to note is the shampoo u use for claying after wash should be new mix, not leftover from your wash.
If u would like to try a more specialized approach to claying, then after finish washing and drying the car, can use Quik Detailer as recommended by slk, or even Last Touch with your claying.
Hi there everyone, I'll be picking up my car this week. It's a second hand City (used 1 year +). Can anyone recommend some good car wash/wax/polish workshop? Planning to send it in for a one time fix.

Been using soft99 Glaco for almost a year already, works well on all glasses(inclusive side mirrors) not only windscreen. No issues on my rubber wiper blades thus far. I believe the key to prolong the lifespan of rubber wiper and to avoid intermittent juddering during wiping is to wipe/clean your rubber wiper blades too on every car wash.

Yea, best not to use any soap as any soap contained some form of detergent with vary concentration. Any contact with detergent will cause rubber to harden sooner thus shorten the lifespan.
