+1 to celcom reception, ipoh, kl penang no problem at all. It was my last resort if I couldn't get samsung preorder. Also surprise me their pricing is quite affordable.

called celcom about their newphone, good thing about it is u can change to any phone after 12 months of payments. Any phone within their "newphone". you have to return ur previous phone before u can change to new one.
