For RRP. Cannot charge.

For special discount,  fine. But not imposed without people agreement.

And now ALL IT no longer charge 2%. I guess thats what competition did to them.

well i agree with you here.
unless they are charging cheaper (like DirectD's), i dun see the 2% is justified at all.
the credit card service is not for our conveniences, it is for them to stay competitive after all
