I think that the first batch pre-order customer deserve to have better pre-order gift than second batch. During the 1000, everyone have an equal chance to compete, so if you miss out then it's your problem.

Plus, it's so much harder to pre-order during the first pre-order. It's like a Hunger Game 2.
