If you happy with your Note 5 then just stick with it.
With S7e, you got better battery life, water resistant and faster cpu/gpu. Whether it really worth, only you can tell.

This is how business works. Maxis already stated first come first serve and while stock last. You must take the risk not getting it after sign up the contract.

Managed to call Maxis today... on hold for a long time - while the customer service check out my order.
Very helpful and understanding on my plight and frustrations - he really goes around and ask ppl here and there - call here and there - to confirm it for me.

He escalated it to another department which he will follow up for me and will call me back, all this after almost 30 minutes of trying.

After an hour later, somebody from Maxis called again and confirm that I will get the gear s2....

i think maxis havent reach dat 421 unit quota yet since its plan very expensive and ppl not dare to be tied with them for two years

As for tied up, well for me having being a maxis user for many years, and my company pays the Phone bill usage.
So i pay for the phone only 114.00

The contract is on the phone and not on the plan.
So its just an installment for the phone then for 2 years. This is where they tied me down for 2 years then.
