I wish to ask, is it OK to make a partition in a condo to make an extra room? Partition like the one you see in office. Any rules that say we can't setup partition in a condo unit? I wanted to make a partition room for renting.

Depends on JMB...some they dont like they will ask you to tear down. But im not sure whether they have that kind of authority inside your house...exterior part sure they have the power.

Got strict condo management, just go and apply for renovation consent from them. (Probably need to pay some deposit)

Or else just bring in your contractor to do it.

Adding partition to condominium unit is a small work.

For sure you need to apply a renovation permit at JMB to allow your contractor go in, but you dont have to tell them what you actually want to do, those work are inside your house, you can do what ever you want as long as not effected their structure and out side look.
