Myostatin decreases with aerobic exercise and associates with insulin resistance. NCBI linkWhat do you guys think? Personally I've not done any form cardio for almost an entire year now, might give this a try as I really really gain fat easily.

Just like sprinter is not always 100% sprinting routine day in day out to get that low body fat%. And how bodybuilders incorporate hill walk weeks before contest. Hence you will see why some bodybuilders do some HIIT once in a while like jordan yeoh. Your body had adapt to metabolize fat from weight training so it doesnt burn fat all day anymore like how would you used to when you started. So your best bet now is to burn those extra calorie from aerobic exercises. Cycle your routine. Keep your body "confuse", start by splitting your cardio and weight training in alternate days. Being natural is much much harder than juiced guy, who just let the T3's and clen do the job. This post has been edited by ah_suknat: Mar 7 2016, 05:40 PM
