Unifi Help! Problem with Unifi ZTE modem., Power light blinking

Hi guys,
Out of the blue, the ZTE modem is malfunctioning. The TM logo keeps blinking, and there are no other lights. Just a white blinking light at the TM logo. Tried moving the adapter to other sockets but still the same problem. No thunderstorms today. It just randomly happened. May I know what could be the issue? Thanks! |

Call unifi to have your modem replaced. It cost no money for BTU

Do you have a spare PSU to try? If it works then you can still internet while TM comes to fix it for you.

Hi, I also facing the same issue
 , the modem tm logo keep blinking, and now is WFH period i really need a stable wifi. Could you tell me how you fix it? and what is the actual problem? Thank you in advance. |
