Hi Guys, any group chat for residents of the Cruise? Please add me to the group, thank you.
I find that the sensitivity and location of resident entry sensor for the access card at the card guard is bad.
Resident boom gate is on the left of the gate so the card sensor is on the left, but the driver seat is on the right. (the visitor boom gate is on the right) if you're driving alone, you literally have to get down from the car to aim the card in front of the sensor to get the boom gate up as it can't really sense the card in the car!
Complained to the management and got an answer of "we talked to higher management but they say "the contractor/supplier has made it that way so we can't do anything about it".
really is that bad? i believe the way they set up of the boom gate is quite often at most of the development. I find that the sensitivity and location of resident entry sensor for the access card at the card guard is bad.
