well, i know nintendo has choosed Mario as their mascot, but maybe for some people, they like Link (for example) more than Mario and think that Link deserve to be the official mascot..

i think it's not about the character that people like is important. it's more on the character that contribute alot to promote nintendo to the world.and character that impress people more

well, i think mario can resemble nintendo as everyone knows mario even for those non gamers and if u ask them about link or samus, they will probably shake their heads.
