Which to invest to rent out ?

A) 1stry terrace corner 30*60 sqft at 288k
-can rent off rightaway

B) 1stry terrace 20*70 sqft at 250k
-maybe need some touchup only can rent

both rent rate i would say ard the same 500-650

amenities wise both the same.

C) any suggestion are welcomed
