What is the lowest budget computer i can get for just streaming movie, surfing and download. Gaming is not main priority here. I lived in subang, any good shop around subang or usj. Tq

It is a bit slow for photo and video editing, if you are patient enough then it should be fine, if not then you have to top up your budget to get better parts to cope with your requirements.
*
ok i think im not that patient. should i upgrade the ram up or should i have new specs . i dont mind a little more for this . tq

Get a better CPU (i3/i5) and upgrade the RAM to at least 8GB, GPU can be added later (if you don't have enough funds now) if the software you use is able to utilize GPU power to fasten up the operation.

the CPU you stated is already i5 right, so i just need to upgrade the ram? tq.
