Swapping from ATX to mITX requires a mITX mobo too, your i7 950 is quite an aged platform so getting a new LGA1366 mobo to pair with the CPU is almost impossible now, you need to hunt for used mobo if you were to stay with the i7 950.

GTX460 x 2 means SLI right? If yes then you need to remove one of them because mITX mobo doesn't support SLI since it only comes with 1 PCIe slot.

Since budget is unmentioned/not fixed, so I will just for highest possible non-OC'able rig setup.

I see that here no one suggesting lowyat to get the hardwares, may i know why ? as some of my friends also want to get their rig by purchase it at lowyat instead of Penang

If the games you play is very CPU demanding then your i5 will hold back the performance of GTX1070 a bit but then don't worry, most of the games are still single threaded and hardly utilize all core except few of the triple A titles.

Just get the GTX1070, it is packing the twice of the performance of GTX970  :thumbsup:

This build is major on heavy gaming like witcher3, gta v battlefield, rotr and some other coming 3A title, n wish to no worry around 2 to max 3years. Is this build ok ? Thanks of your opinion and advice.
