I am currently building one custom rig and below is the specification after some study (prices are from C-Zone, I believe the price won't differ too much between shops):

Is there any parts that I can change where the cost can be reduced without downgrading the performance too much?

My main usage for this rig will be browsing internet, watching video and performing some office work. I don't have any preference in brands as well.
