Guys, can you recommend a rig for working purpose? My friend's printing jerseys so he want a right to choose his fonts and etc on. His budget is only under RM1.5k tho. For a full rig including a monitor. Much appreciated

Can you recommend me a desktop around RM1300? He's planning to use it for graphic design but he's on a tight budget. CPU only btw. Thanks!
