[Software] Please include the cost for home edition OS and MS office too

[Monitor resolution] not too small, perferbly able to view spreadsheets comfortably

[Games & softwares that use frequently] good enough to play Dota 2 at game default setting

[Personal preferences] need not gaming mouse & keyboard, a quiet and soft keystroke keyboard will help.

[Side question] Does basic home version windows 10 include all language pack? Do I have to get professional version to have multi-language pack to view/type chinese character?
