Guys, would like to seek help on recommendation

[Budget] Around 3k +- RM200

[Purpose]CAD, Rendering and occasionally gaming.

[Games & softwares that use frequently]Softwares mainly used would be AutoCad, Revit, Sketchup, Photoshop & etc

Not looking to be upgrading any major parts for at least 3-4 years, so possible would like a good lasting hardware

Specs looking on at the moment :-

Xeon e3 1230 v5 or i7 6700
unsure about motherboard
8GM ram minimum (ram still can be upgraded so I can hold onto budget for now)
GPU: 750ti?

Not quite sure how to choose a motherboard, powersupply
