I need help on my GPU suggestion, currently my GPU had a failure. I planning to get a new rig build on the end month of June 2016.

Future rig build :
i3 6100, GA-H110M, GTX 950 , Corsair 8GB, WD Blue 1TB, FSP Hexa 550w, Bitfenix Nova.

My current pc setup :
i3 2100, GA-P61-USB3-B3, GTX 610(broken), 4GB RAM, WD 500GB, GE-N500A-C2 500W, Windows 10 and Dell S2240L.

The question is, can i buy this GTX 950 to use in my current pc, since that i only have RM900 for now. Does this GTX 950 is compatible with the hardware of my current pc and does my CPU heavily bottleneck the GPU . I need a GPU for Dota 2,CS:GO at max setting 1080p. I think it is not worth it to buy a new cheap GPU since i will get a new rig build on the end of June.

Why bother upgrading an i3 2100 to a 6100?  That looks like a sidegrade rather than an upgrade... 

End of June - at that time AMD and nVidia's latest GPU (Polaris and Pascal) will be announced, and it might be a good idea to wait for these two GPUs to arrive in markets.

i7 + H110/B150 is cheaper than Xeon E3 1230 V5 + WS chipset.

1) primarily going to change mobo, proc, RAM and graphic card
2) like to re-use my hdd, monitor, DVDRW (hardld use  ) and psu (if possible)
3) the 1080 is awesome on paper, but normally i go for tier-2 or tier-3 cards. 1070 maybe?
4) usage: mostly gaming, browsing, watching movie
5) like to add-on SSD since it's quite cheap now
6) will not be oc-ing the machine
7) budget available = +-2k

Hi can recommend me a rig with the budget around 2 - 2.5k. Can still top up slightly.

Purpose: for work - full time software developer with  tons of program running 8gb ram almost fully used most of the time -  what's the price different of 8 and 16gb ram and play cs go with stable high fps 200 to 300 with low settings.

Need gpu that support 144hz refresh rate.
Need a good ventilation casing.

Already got ssd. Take out from my current laptop.
