You've a point there, but can't admire the boxes then brows.gif .

Honestly though, yeah it's about the cleaning bit. Don't spend enough time cleaning stuff already opened, best to just leave 'em in there in the meantime.

WonFes actually has hundreds of exhibitors, it's actually organised to help the smaller toymakers/dealers/Garage Kits get exposure. There will be a number of sellers who brings rare stuff for sale to the public on the 3rd day. The best bit is some don't want to carry the stock back, and will lower their prices.

The best is the 8th hall, where a number of +18 items are on display brows.gif

Nope, timed my trip here to coincide with WonFes.

On another note, my haul from Mandarake Shibuya

If you do go, try to schedule it on the 2nd/3rd day of your trip. Then you can pick up the guidebook which will be your ticket for entry, and it'll be the first things to do there. This way you'll be able to spend most of your budget on the stuff there. While Tokyo itself will offer many opportunities for toy buying, it's best to spend at WonFes as it'll be cheaper there.
Do bear in mind if you intend to pick up exclusives, it's best to go with a partner. That way you can split up and queue for different exclusives. Also, some queue for the event up to midnight before to grab stuff. It's going to be very cold, with wind chill it can get very uncomfortable. Again, if you've a partner with you, you can get away with arriving at 7-8am to pick up exclusives.

I've only had toys in my luggage twice, and both times Customs didn't bother with me. If they do, I'd ensure there's no price tags on my stuff beforehand, or just leave 1 price tag like that Alter Subaru Nakajima which is 2,000 yen. I'd then say everything costs less than that, it being secondhand toys and all that.

If they were to ask for receipts, I'd say I did'nt keep any.
