I am getting annoyed for not being able to use my HSBC credit card to pay items at https://www.amiami.com/eng/

Do any fellow collectors here use HSBC credit cards and are able to receive OTP upon payment check-out at AmiAmi?

I have called HSBC many times and they couldn't help. Keep telling me that nothing is wrong and they can see the transaction OTP has been sent. But I cannot receive it. I even called my telco provider and again they said it is not their problem either, OTP is sent from the bank.

I know I can use PayPal but I want to avoid it as they are charging high conversation rates and service charges.
