I don't really like to see all my figure inside the box. Rather looking her being set "free" for the jail; rather it's exclusive or not. Not planning to sell them back anyway. Somehow I just keep the figure box although its empty; dunno why LOL

I know the risk become dust magnet and exposure to the heat, but so far none of my figure having damage and become spider nest. Some of them I put next to my desk; refreshing my eyes.
Yeah I do often cleaning my room once a week & my room got air con as well. My home is my office anyway.

My order for my next year collection. The exchange rate quite hurt me this time.


Already done pay for both of this.


Now left 2 more to go.


This is my 3rd time I went crazy bought exclusive stuff this year alone due too much poison (bought 1/100 PROJ-003 TIEF STÜMER model on early Jan, then limited edition Alter Sora + RAH Saber Lily)

Next year probably stay low a bit.

WTF my Yukino figure were hold at Pos Office HQ (Bintulu) which 300km from my place & yet they asking me to come & get it by myself.

This is ridicilous. How in the world I can go there & collect it at weekday.

I know about that (prosedur to ask Poslaju to collect for my behalf), but they still resist I've to come & collect it by myself.

Which make me weird why I can't use that option (using Poslaju as my behalf).

Well I contact the Bintulu post office for 2nd time regarding the option to ask poslaju become as my behalf to collect the item but still no solution.
I wont drive for 600km (300km to go their HQ and another 300km to return back to my place) just for picking my stuff. They even threat me to send back the item to its origin & I said just send it back with my anger tone.

For once, I feel regret & upset for what happening.
Guess I have to rely on middle person as my supplier to order my figure stuff again (may expensive but at lease I dont have to deal this incident again.

When I was live at Johor, even my parcel hit RM650++ still can let my parcel go without no big deal (was ordering PG Gundam that time).
This is very 1st timemy parcel been held by kastam (my Yukino just hit RM500 value). Really suway one.
Even the male stuff who answer my phonecall regarding my parcel really rude one which make me almost lost my temper.

I'm a Sarawakian but I'm not really live Bintulu bro.
But I've been there few times for important business trip & most of the time I'm going there by bus or charter transportation due I don't have my own transportation. Most of the time I going to Bintullu once in 3 month.

BTW I'm already visit the nearby post office at my place regarding my parcel.
The situation turn from bad to worse.
My luck just ran out since there is no more option for Pos Laju to collect on your behalf if ur parcel been hold up. I can say FML to my parcel for good this time & so goes to my other 3 figure I just order before.
Guess they may put my figure for display at the office counter for public.

I already send report to Pos Malaysia HQ regrading my parcel status.

It seems my parcel is already PASS by costum KLIA ICCT & enroute to deliver to my place.
My question right now, what in the world post office Bintulu hold my item & most importantly they didn't even send me a letter of parcel been detain after 2 days been receive to their HQ.
My parcel been hold from 23rd Feb and now its almost 10 days after reach their HQ.

Seriously, whats going on with those Bintulu post office branch.

The problem is, I don't have the slip that stated of the good held by custom, never phone or giving the notice & to make t worse my place and the office really far far away.

And it been held about 3 weeks.

Well I don't like to admit it but our post office at Sarawak at truly cb.

Since that kinda respond I get from them (Post Office Bintulu), I send my report to Pos Malaysia Bhd & Kastam Malaysia regarding late notifying for parcel detention, false information custom clearing & didn't sending the letter of detention from Pos Centre Bintulu - which contain Notis Tahan Dagangan (PK1) (from Kastam) & salinan JK 78 (from Pos Malaysia) as a proof the parcel been held up & custom clearing procedure.

After sending report to Pos Malaysia & Kastam Malaysia, I send the notification to Poslaju Bintulu for their attention & sending them the report file number for "their reference".


Finally I get their attention.


Although I'm happy that they will send it up by next week (we'll see about that), but I still wondering why they still insist to use their own method which really annoying & cause problem who those who live far from their area (just like their mention in the reply) & not following the exact procedure just as stat from the Custom & Pos Malaysia itself. Their reply itself sound like pretty mad at me.
To be honest I also live other part of Sarawak such as (Sri Aman, Sibu & Kuching) & Peninsular Malaysia (Johor Bahru) & still they follow up the right method of parcel detention & custom release.

Lesson to be learn - Don't get cheat so easily

I wish our Kastam here more tolerate and giving the right instruction for release the international parcel as Peninsular Malaysia (since I'm work or doing something as long there is "black & white" instruction or letter).
Maybe I should send a ticket to Nippon Yasan to do as same things like urs for my next 3 item before deliver (already paid 3 of them).

1st day of this week, still waiting my item deliver. Lets see if PO Bintulu doing BS thing to me again.

So, my parcel suppose to deliver this week, checking my Pos Malaysia branch and it seems my parcel not deliver.
Seriously, I'm run out of patient on Pos Bintulu. Already contact Pos Malaysia Bintulu and they gave me 3 phone number to contact their office. Try contact them from 2 p.m -3 p.m and NONE OF THEM WELL PICKUP.
SERIOUSLY WTF, IT'S STILL OFFICE HOURS SERVICES.

Should I report to Tribunal Pengguna for bad quality service on them?

Finally receive my parcel 2 days ago. Took almost 3 weeks to deal with the problem, the longest dispute I ever had with Pos Malaysia.

Seems my parcel looks in a rough shape, even the box for the figure also no escape from damage. Dunno it got when shipping the shipment to Malaysia or from Bintulu pos branch. Should ask for more bubble warp


Luckily the figure inside are in really good condition. So its an OK for me.
I know somebody in here didn't really like the box for the figure got damage.


Her umbrella shaft made with metal & a bit hard to put in since it has to go trough her hair (really a small gap). Make sure not to rough when putting it on.
Her base was really soft like a pillow. Good to put any figure u want on it.
Took a quick shot with her. Really love the paint job & the detail.

I'm ordering from Nippon-Yasan & I'm using EMS as my postage method.
Since EMS have direct link with Pos Malaysia, that's the only way I can get my stuff. Actually I don't have problem with Poslaju before, but since I'm moving to Bintulu, I've a bad experience with them.
(Take note Pos Malaysia Bintulu branch have many bad tracking record regarding their handling with stuff).

I'll deal with it later since in our state got public holiday (Hari Gawai Dayak), probably next week I'll check my stuff back.
