Just went to the poslaju at KK and it is confirmed that my item got held by custom. The staff dint tell me the reason though. Need to go to the custom office at 2pm because they are having break now, hope I can go home happy today lol

Ok I just back from the custom office. They havent open my package yet, they just simply keep it because they want something from me.

They look at the invoice and say "TOY FIGURE, MESTI ADA PERMIT NI"

They tell me that I need to email toys@kpdnkk.gov.my and apply for "letter of exemption" (permit I guess), bring the letter to them and need to pay rm100 "agent fee" (WTF??)


Now the thing is I need to provide sample picture of the item in the application form. Will kpdnkk even allow a sexy figure to come in?

Yeah I go there with the mindset of dont argue because I'm clearly at disadvantage in this case, if it is a normal sfw figure then I don't mind go lawyer mode but still this whole situation is very fishy. I'm afraid that they gonna aim my stuff in the future, so they can keep collecting fees.

I think since the invoice say "toy figure" that why they ask for that form, but I think they just want the fee.
They haven't check the content yet, nobody in that office is wearing official uniform, all is baju kebaya etc, not even a nametag can be seen, but I guess they are the custom officer since it is in the custom office. Can see some of their face on the organizational chart.

They tell me that once I got the letter, bring the letter to them and make the payment there. I cant appoint poslaju to be the agent because I do not receive any letter from them. Yeah it is cheaper for postlaju right only rm49 something, very obivous they just want angpao.

Idk if they will ask me to open the content or not after I go through this, but then I guess I can say that KPDNKK already approve then should be no problem.

oh wow I almost p/o that one, maybe I will get it. Today I finally got the letter from KDNKK, took them almost a week to process it, luckily they approve it, so next week gonna collect my item and pay them. Just got BR1M, now give it back. RIP

Displayed value is around 300+, actual is 700+. I think they keep it because the box is so big. I paid the RM100 "agent fees" which is really suspicious, but I just want this to be over. Finally got her Ima stop buying big stuff for awhile now.

Yeah, idk what trick they have in mind if they know the content. Just consider bad luck this time hahahaha, no more worries after getting the figure. She is beautiful.

Hmm idk if I can trust NY. Bought a SHFiguarts from them. Left a message to not undervalue and mark my item as merchandise, but they still do it.

Undervalued to 1800 yen, not suspicious cause box is small but would be suspicious with big box lol.

Any of you ever use the e-feedback thing from poslaju?
My RSAL from amiami tracking stop updating since 19 april. Dont feel good about this.

I never have luck when calling their hotline.

Do you think local post office can track it?


Edit: I called local post office and they cant track beyond that too.

I try to search back all of my past RSAL tracking number that start with "RM" and all of them stop tracking after it left KLIA, but in the past I can track them till the very last moment.
My past RSAL that start with "RA" still able to track to the end.
It seems like there are problem with poslaju tracking with tracking number starting with "RM"

This is the latest status. It dint alarm me at first because it could take 2-4 days from KLIA to reach KK, but it already been 6 working day and no update. All of my past tracking with "RM" also stuck at that status, despite I can view it in the past.

Btw which number do you guys call to ask this kind of stuff, is it 1-300-300-300?

Those 2 is unable to reach as well. Tried them many time last february. So hard dealing with poslaju lol.

I hope it is like this for this case. Last time my package delay by a week, it is hold by custom.

I want to prepare for worst case scenario. How long should I wait until it is safe to assume that it is really missing and open an investigation? Does any of you have experience in dealing with lost package from the oversea?
