XL shop no longer provide free shipping for purchase above rm200?

Didn't use their service long time already but I think last time they also didn't provide free shipping when I order from them. It was like 8 years ago already.

lol 8 year, last time I use them is 2 year ago. They provide free domestic for purchase above rm200. Went to their web earlier, no longer see the notice.

Yea long time no use liao... Coz they never bother to help when I asked them to find something I want.

Their customer service is bad. Late reply and sometime no reply at all.

Buy from them online, make payment liao, they ignore u. In fact they dont even know u already paid when u update them with receipt. Had to call them directly to bug them before they send the item. After 2 times back to back the same shyt I dont want to buy from them ady.

That was 6 years ago. Customer service worse than all my experiences at kastam combined. It's like they dont even want to do business, no fux given towards customers and orders online. Stocks are also inaccurate.

I didnt face problem with their online services but my bad experience was with their outlet staffs at times square during my visit.

Me: Excuse me, can I have a look at that? (Pointing a figure high on the shelf)

Staff: (cantonese) It's there, just look.

Me: ..........

Then I got angry and go buy the same figure at another shop nearby and flaunt it in front them.

Then 2nd time visit asking them help me find a kureha figure. The amoi there cakap bukan main sombong lagi cakap nanti they help me get I dont want pay la bla bla bla... CB gua marah terus go nearby shop again buy a hot toys die cast ironman and enter their shop again make lansi sound. When I leave their shop they say me gila.

After that never use their service anymore......

What if that nearby shop and xl-shop same owner? They purposely lansi at one shop so people like you get angry and impulsively buy at the other one xD

if they say same as before gst, then mostly if kena kastam detain then will charge 10% tax, as before toys tax is 10%

problem is having to go to kastam.

klia - very far, ~2 hour drive went and back. the time, tol and oil not worth it at all
other than that i just use the courier service gau dim all the tax/service stuff and i just collect and pay at nearest pos office, wayyyyy easier

so now is it still below RM500 will be tax free for toy figure? Thanks
