Again, if local region content only, might as well use iflix. I tried Netflix Malaysia, more or less the same, but price big difference.

What nonsense, even Malaysia Netflix has much more content than Iflix. Besides , it's only a few ringgit more if you know where to buy....

iflix content too little, take boleh pakai la. And latest movies all don't have. Give us those 70s 80s The Shanghai bund. Dafuq.

are you sure you are describing iflix? the 2000 titles on netflix malaysia has much older movies than iflix offering. until they remove the regional restrictions, at this moment, the only edge netflix malaysia has is its own programming such as House of Cards etc. iflix currently has more popular tv series than netflix malaysia is offering (minus own programming).

for example, iflix got XFiles, Buffy, futurama, netflix malaysia doesn't.
iflix got Agents of Shield, the Mentalist, Prison Break, Person of Interest, Netflix Malaysia doesn't.

The amount of shows on iflix but not on Netflix Malaysia are mind boggling. All thanks to region restrictions.

I don't know where to buy. But I used it for a couple of months, really don't feel Netflix Malaysia has much more than what people claimed compare to iflix.

iflix got all 3. I suppose you named those as examples of what iflix currently have over netflix malaysia. Yes there are a tons of titles which iflix currently have over netflix malaysia now, whether it is tv series or movies. And iflix movie selection is more cater to local audience taste than netflix malaysia, which has a lot of indie titles and b movies that local audience not too interested in. For those blockbuster movie on netflix malaysia, well they are actually older than those available on iflix.

Anyway, Netflix USA does have tons more titles and more recent movies which not available on iflix. But their regional restrictions means iflix actually get a chance to establish its foothold here before netflix can sort things out.

Cough cough, that's why we use a DNS changer to switch to Netflix USA, bro bangwall.gif bangwall.gif bangwall.gif

biggrin.gif

Here's the guide. I've been using Netflix USA for the last few years, and like you, I've iFlix for a year free, but there's no comparison right now smile.gif I wish iFlix gets more titles though

And here is the so called new movies (2015+) on Netflix Malaysia:

http://unogs.com/search/?q=-!1900,2016...b=Relevance&p=1

Very few recognizable names. To be fair, I do like some of the indie stuffs.

You won't find title like The Avengers 2 here. But it is available on Netflix USA. That gives you an idea of how USA version differs from ours.

At least you can use Getflix for Netflix USA. But Hulu Plus disabled all foreign credit cards. So, no way to get Hulu Plus officially nowadays sad.gif

Gonna miss my dramas
