Please remember that the most updated Title (Geran) is with the land office. If you want to buy a certified true copy Title, make sure that it is DHDK (Dokumen Hakmilik Daftar Komputer). Any latest changes would be recorded or shown in DHDK rather than DHKK (Dokumen Hakmilik Keluaran Komputer) which is the title that will be issued to land owner.
Usually transaction that not shown in DHKK is, caveat, land acquisition, QTFT and so on. Just 2 cent sharing from me.  |
