And I seriously doubt the approvals process for new developments - someone really needs to reevaluate the adequacy of public amenities (especially roads) relative to the expected local population.

Boss, Where is the proposed location of the Tzu Chi International school in Bukit Jalil. It is on the empty land in between KM1 and Jalil Sutera? If this is true. It is going to give a big boost to housing price in Bukit Jalil.

As stated on the ppa1m website, you cannot change the unit type. For more info. Go to the website..and click the FAQ link. It stated that once u got the offer.. U cannot change the unit type..

I just asked pertaining showroom & 2nd parking space...
they said that the showroom will be available during the 'unit selection ceremony' & need to top up 20k from the offered price (in the offer letter) for the 2nd parking space
My wife also got the PPA1M offer for type A. Later will drop by their showroom as my office very nearby

Seems like nowadays, the majority of Bukit Jalil new property ads is for Mercu Jalil.

I visited their showroom recently for the Mercu Jalil project. Got a good offer @ RM393k (1000sqft, 15th floor, Tower A) which is within my budget. Problem is, is this the same project with PPA1M? Or are they building a non-PPA1M project as well? Because there's quite a lot of units left for a PPA1M project

There are ppam blocks there, rumawip and private projects.
Its a huge cluster of combinations of ppam, rumawip and private projects.

To answer back your earlier question, PPA1M block is Tower B, open for public is Tower A. Both co-exist together within the same compound. BUt I heard some 70+ unsold PPA1M units in Tower B has been converted to public unit as well.

393k is for bumi price ya, non bumi is remain 414k.

PPAM is Tower B which is almost sold out already. Now this Tower A will share the facilities and same specs with PPAM.
But PPAM entry price is vy much lower so you should actually avoid it at no costs.

Selling doesn't mean have to sugarcoat it ma, selling projects cannot tell the truth meh?
Throw away your preconceived views.
If pv sales staffs can sell all themselves, why need external agents to help sell?
I saw in the PPAM website that this project reopen for application. Maybe there are some units loan rejected and new applicant list is empty. Will be closing before 7.10.2022.
