If this is for employee medical check up, just ignore all the worries because normally they dont check on that field. If they do, probably on Heroin only. However if its a police operasi then trouble comes.

1) After the check up the nurse called me in regard of a findings in urine.

2) Indeed they spotted drugs particle in the urine.

3) They came up with a form which a checklist of all the drugs we know and ask me to fill any i took within 2 weeks.

4) Trust me i put a lot effort to go round and round on the form trying to find a way to fake the form report.

5) After 15 mins like that i gave her an empty form and the doctor called me in again.

6) He asked me did you took any drugs and i said no. He asked any medication i said yes i took the ubat batuk yesterday and next thing i know, i pass the medical check up.

So i think this is the last resort of excuse to not get caught.

You are right that THC indeed stored in fat. Upon any check up i usually does hardcore 2 weeks of fat loss program to fight this. Workout everyday and drink more than 8 glasses per day. The final week i would take garlic by itself every night before sleep.

Really eh ? I mix my pee with water also fail urine test but doctor said nothing . i thought i pass .. a week later hr call inform I fail med checkup .

When u mix H20 in urine, the concentration will be different, thus, the tester will have error result and the nurse will perform again which also give same unreadable result. As the test is 99.9% accurate, any error will indicate that the urine has been contaminated with foreign liquid like the water u mixed which can make u fail ur check up. I think the best solution is to bring from home a cup of urine of ur friend or family member (must from same gender) that doesnt take any drugs at all.

Advance check up can tell it is not ur urine if u took it from someone else. But to perform so is costly which no company will spend such a big amount of money for an individual check up.
