Recently encounter my host in kyoto cancel my booking and i found out there is law in japan for this as the host suddenly now cancel all the booking almost last minute

So what is the final decision now? Is airbnb usuable in japan or should i book a hotel instead? Thanks for the help

I contacted my host so far they said no cancel la but i am worry that if they last minute cancel and there is no hotel then what to do? Hmm
