so thy call me and ask for payment on SUN 28/2. the whole conversation was like going to fight .
and the next day 29/2 i received this msg .
i make thy payment at 6.30pm 29/2 .
and thy visit my shop today , but they went to another branch .
so wtf with this RHB bank or debt collector ? it was late 8 days from the due date

Is it RHB or is it collection agency? If it's collection agency, are they appointed by RHB or are they independent agency?

Typically banks will call you to arrange for loan repayment. However, if a debt collector bought your debt from RHB... then tell them thank you for settling your loan.

Usually for site visitation will at least 120-180 days overdue.

Lodge official Complaint to RHB HQ and cc to BNM, Consumer Association of Penang, FOMCA for intimidation.

Banks must not resort to gangster tactics for customers who are only 8 days late

Don't think the Bank HQ will approve such method

Go to RHB Website and look for who is the managing director or head of retail and send registered letter to complain

last time when i was a kid, got people come my house and take picture from outside, he say he is from bank and my parents didn't pay. so they want to lelong my house

parents come back and i told them then they continue paying the loan... we still stay in the house until the day it is fully paid, so no sad ending but i must admit this scare tactic works!

Contact BNM if you think you've been wronged. This is like Celcom sending me a legal letter demanding payment when their system didn't update my port to another operator and they didn't bother contacting me at all to recover the so-called back payment.

if it was a credit card or other type of loans, you can look carefully at the T&C of loan agreements or any credit facilities offered such as Crecit cards, hire purchase and etc... most banks have standard ones which you sign and sign without looking...

even if you look at it and contested.. you need still to sign..

no sign= no loan = no credit cards= no honda city.. and etc
