you can read between the line what pav reit is trying to say...….

1. pav bj may not be using pav brand name, hence pav reit wont want to commit to inject this mall into its reit now.
2. pav reit forseen pav bj wont be successful, hence pav reit wont want to take the risk now.
3. pav reit knew pav bj (or whatever name later it uses) wont be owned by desmond, hence pav reit wont wat to inject into its reit now.

All developers come Bukit jalil to develop condo havre earth skyluxe tropika Revo because of pavillion 2 all using this to make advertising, now all
Project sold , then sundenly say pavilion reit cancel lolzzz maybe management will change lolz

These people don't understand how REIT works. And they are not even bothered to understand why REIT refuse to take part at this moment. All they care is the headline, PAV REIT NOT TAKING PART, and start spreading the rumours of changing names and etc.

They dont understand what is corporate exercise or corporate announcement, they dont understand the limitation of REIT, dont understand how REIT works, dont understand the circumstances and consequences to the performance of a REIT if it invests in a mall that is still in a construction stage. Hence they have no idea what gearing ration that you mentioned.

And they will no bother to read up. But instead you know what they will do? They will keep mention that Pav Reit refuse to participate, and the mall will fail. How would they know? LETS SEE TIME WILL TELL.

You dun need to reply to this part....i just cant get ny head around.....if desmond who sits in malton board cant even persuade board of malton to stop asking pav reit for injection????? Bcos desmond knows very well that pav reit cant afford this exercise.

Why the need to make such enquiry publically knowing very well it will be turned down? And worst part, desmond pav reit failed to explain such non injection to the public and he seems to prefer rumours flyimg around about pav reit and pav bj.

The Board of Directors of Malton wishes to inform that Qatar Investment Authority had, via its letter dated 3 January 2019 which was received on 19 January 2019, informed that they have obtained principle approval from their Investment Committee to work towards participating in the ownership of an on-going development comprising one block of retail mall with five (5) levels of retail spaces and two (2) levels of basement parking to be provisionally known as Pavilion Bukit Jalil subject to the completion of due diligence and execution of legal definitive agreements.
