I just place order for a unit at the Park 2 at 40 floor at the price RM 680K. Is this expensive? Is there any agent can offer discount :-P

Visited the showroom today, according to the agent The park 1 left 2%, the park 2 left 10%, selling RM 950 per SF.

The showroom is at the Bukit Jalil City Shoplot.

The layout is pretty much the same. Other than Tower 2 has lesser unit, taller, and additional layout of 933 sqft.
