I notice quite a number of Park 2 and Park Sky Residence owners are quite insecure about their property and felt the need to inflate their ego. Like many have said in this thread, from a pricing perspective, these 2 properties are considered middle upper, nothing to shout about.

That one guy saying that these 2 projects are the highest end in Selangor and Sub KL is ridiculous. Any recent projects in desa park city, MK, damansara, PJ, or even Bangsar area could easily one up these 2 projects.

Honestly speaking, the only attractive part about these 2 projects are its masterplan and the connectivity. Other than that, it is just a typical middle upper class Service Apartment with slightly above average level specfications.

I think the Park Sky Residence and Park 2 enthusiast doesn't want to look at facts but just positive praises, at least that is what I felt when I read the replies. It is pretty cringy seeing how these people are trying so hard to paint these 2 projects as the cream of the crop when it is not even the best within the upper middle class range, let alone comparing it to actual high end service apartments.
