All I wanted to say is... it ain't a luxury project... at best it is above average service apartment.... 

"Highest end" condo in sub KL and Selangor is a bold statement... like I said... Setia Sky Seputeh... which is at Seputeh not KLCC which you don't want to be compared to... starts at RM2mil cheapest unit... that is no doubt a luxury project...

And as mentioned before... if you are talking about Building Spec... Park 2 is far inferior compared to Lot 15... which is located at Subang not KLCC.... 

If Park 2 with such high 1k unit density + typical specs could be considered Luxury.... Lot 15 is a super luxury in whole of Selangor then...
